Hiring trends for 2019

Technology, data science and Omni channel will continue to have an increasing impact on Retail. Roles in the space of augmented reality, cloud architecture and cloud system engineering, IoT, info & network security will continue to be in demand.

While all these are the roles that may see an upward shift in hiring, the modes of hiring and candidate engagement is expected to change. Recruitment marketing is the new mantra to create awareness and interest in the potential candidates.

Job profiles related to Data Scientists, Omni-channel & Ecommerce Management and User Experience Design, will see a surge in demand in the coming year.
