Learning foreign languages helps increase the career prospects. Most such professionals find easy employment in multi-national companies who need helps with translating or communicating. The knowledge of a foreign language equips one to easily communicate with people on personal basis as well and is a must have skill as such.

Mandarin Chinese

Mandarin is one of five major Chinese dialects. It is the official language of China and Taiwan, and has second-highest number of speakers worldwide. Since China is the world’s second-largest economy, Chinese is gaining prominence, after English. Although it’s a tough language to learn but it promises good career to learners.

German

German is very widely used globally, especially in investment related businesses. Learning this language provides a lot of options with multinational companies, especially those who are Europe-based. Learning German adds a lot of value to the applicant’s profile.

French

French is considered somewhat similar to English making it much easier to learn for those are good at English. Most schools even in India teach their students French language so as to make students aware about the cultural diversity and aesthetics. Again, having proficiency in this language helps boost career prospects.

Spanish

Spanish is the fourth most spoken language by both native and non-native speakers worldwide. Therefore, it is a suitable choice for both international and domestic jobs on numerous continents. Also, many fields require the Spanish language in order to even qualify, for instance in Healthcare, Banking, or Retail domains.
